Disney Infinity Fans

I'm playing on 360 and every time I play monsters university when I jump at certain places in the world I fall through it. Is anyone else having problems like this?

I had a problem yesterday, in the bit where you have to shoot loo roll over the statues and I kept getting caught! (How do you do that bit by the way) and I got thrown into a room and Sulley was basically microscopic and wouldn't move forwards or back and would only jump. So I saved the game and left it there. Will try again later.

In the room you ground puns on the vent or jump out the window to get out make sure that once you tp run away

Yeah, that worked the first couple of times but then it glitches and froze. It was ok when I rebooted the game and restarted the level

I'm having an MU issue - trying to climb the clock tower, and I need to scare the underground monster to get the platform so I can get up to the scaffold, but the game will not allow me to use the Roar. Even when I equip Roar it will only do the shoulder charge. Anybody have any similar issue or suggestions? I have tried with Sulley and Mike, and it is the same with both.

I also lost the roar ability and now stuck on 2nd mission. Have restarted, changed characters, etc.
Have contacted support but if anyone have found a solution, pls let me know.
