Does Mics work for this game? (Or a chatting system)

I was wondering if Mics are compatable with this game, or if there is a texting system to talk or message people online? :?:

If it does, I think I might have to buy a Wii U mic!

I would think so, because online is a very big part of the game.
If not then, how can you tell the other person what to do and stuff?
