Would I need a special clay oven or can I use an ordinary kitchen oven?

Never heard of a special clay over before, besides those toy oven ones haha

You buy the clay at any craft store. You can get a block when its on sale usually for $1.00 and you mold it and put it in your kitchen oven at 275 degrees for 15 min. It bakes hard, and when it cools you can paint it. Hope this helps.
