rise against the empire themes unlocked but can't find

One more question...

We unlocked a few themes in Rise Against the Empire (Rebels, Darth Vader, etc...), but they don't appear anywhere. They're in neither the toy store nor the building sets. I've noticed a few times that what looks unlocked in a Star Wars game, and a whole lot of blue sparks, end up vanishing when I shut the PS4 down and go back in later in an empty toy box. Has anyone else had this issue or know what I'm doing wrong?

They aren't for the Toy Box they are to theme buildings from the Rise Against the Empire play set, these buildings are also not available in the toy box.

That's odd ElvisRV, I assumed they'd be available since K3P0 is?
