Infinity PC gamely without web codes?

Hello, I am relatively new to Inifinty and have almost all of the 2.0 and 3.0 games and figures (Xbox One). I want to collect 1.0 as well if i can actually play their play-sets. I know I cant on Xbox One, but i downloaded the game for PC. If i buy the figures (used on eBy) and play sets can i use those on my PC game, or do i need the web-codes to play them?

You need the web codes to play on PC but you could still buy used figures and play sets as long as they come with unused web codes.

Can you connect a usb base to your pc and play with the figures that way? Or is the web code absolutely needed? i dont want to buy figures if i cannot use them at all...

That's the only way on Pc, you can buy them digitally if I remember correctly.

Figures can be used in 3.0 as well
