2.0 Marvel figs stats not transferring over to 3.0?

Only way I seem to get them to transfer is by resetting on 3 going back to 2. Then go back to 3. Will I have to keep doing this? Why isn't sharing?

Have you tried resetting on 2.0 then sharing ownership with 3.0?

If I reset on 2.0 everything is deleted. I got some of my 2.0 figures to transfer not sure why not all of them are.
