Negative Sparks

I recently went into the farming tutorial in the 3.0 Toy Box Hub. I spent my sparks on land to farm and I noticed my sparks went negative to -16954. Now every time I collect sparks the counter stays stuck at -16954. Has anyone ever come across this and if so did you get it resolved?

Anyone able to help.

I raised a support ticket with Disney Infinity Support and I got a response over the weekend in which the Support Agent said he had a number of troubleshooting steps and the first he wanted me to try was a hard reset of my PS4.
I tried this and it didn't help, so I emailed them back. I was expecting to get a few other troubleshooting steps to follow, however yesterday I was contacted by a different Support Agent who said the following

"Unfortunately, we do not have a solution for this quite yet. Our Development Team is still trying to find a solution to this that can be updated into Disney Infinity. I would encourage you to keep performing Feats to gain Sparks but that seems like it would be a lot of Feats. I am going to reach out to our Product Specialist regarding this to see if there are any updates regarding a solution!"

Feats?! To recover nearly 17,000 sparks? Like so many others on this forum have already done, make a spark generator, since there appears to be a delay on the patch. If you don't have the right Creativi-Toys, send me a friend request and borrow my generator to get above 0 .

Thanks for the offer. The only problem is that collecting Sparks isn't doing anything to my total. It stays static at -16954, no matter how many Sparks I collect.

I had accomplished 2 Feats following the email I got from Support today and it knocked something like 400 sparks off the negative total each time. This means I would have to accomplish approx 40 Feats to get my Spark count back to 0!!

Ouch! Didn't read your post thoroughly enough - that's a bummer.
