Posted: Mon Nov 16, 2015 8:39 amI emailed support, who suggested a hard reset of the console to clear the cache (take out the power cord for a two minutes and plug it back in).
This seemed to help and I was able to eventually (over the course of a whole day leaving it running in the background) rack up the ten matches for the achievement. The hardest thing is just getting four players together. I suggested to support that they enable players to start a game once there are at least two in a lobby.
Good luck to anyone else going for the achievement/trophy.
