Disney Infinity Fans

Ok let me start by saying I'm sorry if this incorrect place for this post but wasn't sure as om just getting started on this forum and disney infinity in general
i have heard that down the pipeline is a playable Peter figure is this true? I know that 3 power disks exist now revolving around him now that include neverland scenery the london night scenery and the pirate hook ship vehicle any possibility of games or specific peter extras coming out?

Also let me know if this was a good deal! for christmas I'm getting an xboxONE and decided to finally get into disney Infinity, i had intended on going with 3.0 if they came out with a secondary starter set as no one in my house hold enjoys star wars so i felt that starter pack is kinda a waste. but i learned that the two sets last year caused mass confusion so Star wars is the sole set...
so instead i got:
disney infinity 2.0 toy box starter set (for xboxONE) 19.99
Aladdin figure 6.55
Elsa figure 6.55
and a power disk pack 2.85
all new just rolled back!
in my opinion i saved a bit of money and have been talking to people on Facebook, and figured this way i have four characters i really like, and with savings once i have it all set up i can bypass the star wars starter set and just download 3.0 from my XboxONE and all the 2.0 figures should still work and once peter is out, ill be able to use him too! is my logic and reasoning correct also did i get a good deal on my purchase?

again i apologize if this is wrong place to post just wasn't sure, and i know the post is scattered in topics, but honestly I'm diving headfirst into disney infinity!!

Peter Pan is indeed coming. The Master Toy Box Artists that went to the Toy Box Summit were given the power to choose one figure to bring to 3.0 and they chose Peter Pan.

How does a whole household not enjoy Star Wars......

lol i know we get a lot of jokes about it, but we just never got into it haha. i have extended family who are diehard fans, i guess it just skipped us

black spiderman (the PSvita starter that comes with plates, and two toy box games)
Tinker Bell 6.99
Maleficent 6.99

i had bought the display cases that connect to each other got a new set of 3 for 7.99 however they don't seem to fit Maleficent she's too tall :/

but i am planning on getting a few of the new globes that are being released next week.

@disneydude365, sound like you got a great deal. The toy box starter pack was like $90 originally, I think. Like you, I found a 2.0 set on sale, although for me it was the Marvel set. I'm mostly a DC guy, but I know who the Marvel characters are and it looked like fun. I think I paid $29 at Target for it. And any time you can pay < $13 for a figure you're getting a good deal. I know a lot of the 1.0 figures have been marked way down to get them moved out.

I'm excited for Peter Pan also. Since Tinkerbell was already out, it made sense to do his figure also. I'd love to see a playset with him and Wendy, too.
