Builder Stops Building?

[trying to build a city wit felix building for me. i place him and he makes 2-3 buildings and then stops. anyone know why this is? how can you get him to keep going?]

Do you have plenty of space for him to build?

[hi Mickey&Maleficent, yea hes got space. i have 3x3 large terrain pieces. i have found that if i move him around to a more open part he may start again but thats not always the case. its jus inconsistent. once he froze for a long time and then i went to spark mode and he starts building again. i dunno whats goin on but i kno its not a space thing. i'll keep searching for answers. lemme know if you think of anything else. thanks]

Had this issue with 2.0 and when I tried in 3.0 I had the same issue so I don't use builders

I always seem to have better luck with creators
