Xbox 360 -> Xbox One Compatibility

First post, hoping someone can help me out.

I understand all of the compatibility rules between 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0 for figures, toy boxes, and play sets, but I have a question about compatibility between consoles. I recently upgraded from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. I own 1.0 and 2.0 on 360, and 3.0 on Xbox One. Is there any way I could (or reason I should) transfer my 2.0 saved games from my 360 to my One? Also, how will figure ownership translate between consoles? Will my figures reset if I take ownership of them in my Xbox One 3.0 and then want to go back to finish up my 1.0 and 2.0 play sets?

Thanks!

No way to transfer the saved data I'm afraid so you'll need to start from scratch.
You can share ownership as far as I'm aware (but I only use the one console now so not sure how it works when you level up on one of the consoles and go back to the other).
