N XBOX 360: HOW TO RE-TRIGGER DISNEY ACCOUNT LOGIN?

We have an XBox 360 and I've set up one Disney online account that the kids use. This worked fine for 2.0, but when we got 3.0 and my son started the game for the first time using his XBox profile, he skipped the Disney online account login. As a result, he doesn't have access to some of the Online-only goodies in the game. I tried to find a way to login manually, but I can't find it anywhere.

As an experiment, we started the game while logged into my XBox profile. The game started from scratch and I logged into the Disney online account when prompted. That worked fine, and all the goodies were available, but of course my son's progress in the game was stranded over on his XBox profile.

Is there a way to perform the Disney account login within the XBox 360 version of Infinity 3.0 after the initial login request was refused?

I can't say for sue for 360, but on my game, under Options in the Main Menu is Online Options where you should be able to link and unlink your Disney Account.

You should be able to link your Xbox account to the DI account on the Disney Infinity website.

Mukluk4, you can actually do that. I just did it with my PSN account (I actually don't have a PS console.)
When you log in with that account on the console in theory the login should be automatic.

Anyway.
If you go with your son's account to the game and then do what romulus said it should work.

If there is no Disney account linked then, instead of "Unlink Disney account" it should read as "Link Disney account".

Thanks for the replies! I will try this again. I could swear we have already looked in that menu, but I could be mistaken.

edit: I can't post a pic right now, but in his game, there is no "online options" in the options menu. I'll post a pic later.

Here's a screen shot. Is there some parental setting that turns off all online options?

Images larger than 550x550 will be cropped in certain browsers and screen resolutions. Even when using spoilers to hide them do not link to images larger than 550x550. If you need to link to external images they should not be larger than 550x550 pixels. External images larger than 550x550 pixels will be removed or edited.

Infinity support says I should try clearing the cache on the xbox. Will try at the next opportunity.

Is his account under online restrictions because of parental controls?

I don't think so, because we haven't linked the account yet. Where are the parental restrictions so I could double check this?
