Anyone able to help.
I raised a support ticket with Disney Infinity Support and I got a response over the weekend in which the Support Agent said he had a number of troubleshooting steps and the first he wanted me to try was a hard reset of my PS4.
I tried this and it didn't help, so I emailed them back. I was expecting to get a few other troubleshooting steps to follow, however yesterday I was contacted by a different Support Agent who said the following
"Unfortunately, we do not have a solution for this quite yet. Our Development Team is still trying to find a solution to this that can be updated into Disney Infinity. I would encourage you to keep performing Feats to gain Sparks but that seems like it would be a lot of Feats. I am going to reach out to our Product Specialist regarding this to see if there are any updates regarding a solution!"
