Feat Question - flying

I am now on my very last Feat for the 1.0 toy box.

I have to fly around in an air vehicle for 100 kilometers. I'm over 75 kilometers, but there won't be any more "checkpoints" until I reach 100. It felt like it took forever to get from 50 to 75.

My question: does anyone know a good way of "measuring" meters/kilometers in the toy box. Would be great if I could put meters to the length of a regular terrain square.
Is there a rule about how far a character is able to jump/double jump?
