My numbers are coming up a little different.
$60 for the starter plus Crystal McQueen (20% off coupon)
$46.50 for the two triple packs ($31 + BOGO 15.50) - About $8 per figure. Such a great deal! That takes care of Mike, Barbosa, Elastigirl, Syndrome, davy Jones, and the Purple guy.
$21 for the Incredible kids (14+7 BOGO)
$21 for Mater and Francesco (14+7 BOGO)
$35 for the 50% off cars and Lone Ranger playsets.
Totals 183.50 plus tax, squeaks in under $200!

Then I buy packs two at a time ($6 per pair) until I have Apu and the Cane or until the TRU employees haul me away for bothering their cashier by buying packs two at a time over and over again.

Walmart is selling the villain pack and side kick pack for $14.96 online and apparently in store as some have been able to buy them at that price in person. This lowers the cost for those who wanted to buy both of those packs.

^What?! I paid thirty dollars for each! Why didn't I get the discount?!

^^ I price matched these packs at Best Buy. $5 and change for each character is what it comes out to. I essentially bought 3 characters for the price of one.
