Looking at my local Toys R Us ad I can confirm the deal of free figure
AND POWER DISC when you preorder the starter pack. Will have to bring the ad with me on launch day to guarantee they honor the deal.
Also TRU is having sale on Skylanders (Skylanders Giants 2 for $22 and Skylanders Giant Starter Pack $30). Looks like they are trying to clear inventory (shelf space) for Disney Infinity!

@Wayworn ... Great to hear. My tru said when i preordered in store said it was just the extra figure and the power disc was just for online. I will have to get that article to bring with me. I even asked about the disc and they said online only. The instore card only says free character, even though online says disc too.

I decided to pre-order at TRU because of the 20% coupons I want to use. At least I get to keep the cool Target reserve card!

Does anyone have a copy of the TRU ad that says a free power pack also, my reserve card only says a figure and if there's an ad for a free power pack also I want to take it in with me on Sunday.
