Well. Not sure if it's a leak, but you can't actually add them to your cart... but Toys R Us has posted up listings for various new items to pre-order:

Power Disc Series 2 - $5.99 - 11/19/2013

I mentioned in another thread that Toys R Us also posted up their exclusive power discs packs the other night before taking them off, but I thought I might as well restate it here. The packs were $4.99, had gold packaging and a "Toys R Us Exclusive" type labeling. They were being limited to 5 packs per customer. This means that you shouldn't pre-order a normal pack from Toys R Us expecting to have a chance at the exclusive 10 discs.

Toys R Us has posted the Toy Story Playset for pre-order. $35.99, release date is 10/15/2013. Not picture or description of included figures.

I wouldn't say this listing was accidentally posted early, since most test listings on Toys R Us don't allow the order to actually be added to the cart.

Great find! I guess this is the 6th playset!!

^ Isn't it meant to be 6 playsets at launch? This is set for release in October, unless, of course, they meant launch window, but surely there are others coming out in October/November?

Frozen and Wreck-It Ralph for November/December.

^The October release could just be a place holder on the website until an official announcement.

Hopefully it doesn't come out that day because Swap Force comes out the 13th!

Any idea what a toy box pack is? Obviously different than a playset. Maybe no figs in the pack just toy box items?

I don't think so. Some figures (like Ralph and Vanellope) can only be used in Toy Box, but using them also unlocks new stuff in the Toy Box as well. I'm guessing Toy Box packs contain figures for Toy Box use only.
