Will TRU UK have the same kinda deals as TRU US?

I didn't get round to pre-ordering my starter pack yet (I was so undecided about where to get it)
So I'm thinking I'll just head to TRU on the launch day to buy it.
I noticed that many people were saying that TRU in the US launched many deals on the launch day so I was curious as to if you guys think they will be doing that here in the UK?

It would be awesome if they did, but I'm not expecting it. There's always a big mark-up in the UK on Disney products and we rarely see the kind of discounts that are found in America. Also, while the deals were announced very close to launch in the US, they were announced earlier than the day before release.

The best bet is probably to check the paper today and tomorrow, see if there are offers being advertised in there. Also, check back here on the forum, I'm sure if anyone catches whispers of a good deal they'll post it here.
