Sidekick or 'Buddy' discs

Basically power discs like the circular ones, but when placed, a little AI controlled partner follows you around. These are characters who are sort of the 'side kicks' of Disney (Timon and Pumbaa, Pascal, Meeko, ect.) and follow you around. This could be for purely entertainment, or in more combat oriented sets, they might actually help you fight (Like Pumbaa charging or something)

Just a thought.

Mmmmm....I'd rather have a playable Pumbaa.

I like the idea, I have seen something similar to this, but I can't remember where...

sidekicks were THE most over hyped and underwhelming skylanders characters. it will be disappointing if Disney makes a similar mistake.

Oh WOW. I didn't know Skylanders did the exact same thing...well, if Disney does it, let's hope it's executed far better
