TRU In Store Pick Up

So, I have been planning to order DI from Toys R Us because of the exclusives and not having the limit on power discs. But, they seem to not give me the option to pick it up at the store online. So, I was wondering if anyone has been to a TRU recently and seen a stand for it where we can preorder in store. I know GameStop has them and I have seen Target cards, but I would really like to get it preordered at Toys R Us soon and for in store pickup. I don't live that close to a TRU, so I probably won't get a Drive there until launch day. Any info on this would be really appreciated!!

Honestly, I don't think I have ever been to TRU. I just felt it was a good place to go for Disney Infinity, plus it has a good chance of doing the Midnight Launch.

Is toys r us offering a different pre order bonus then everyone else?

^ don't think so. But they r giving both a free power disc pack and a free figure for getting the starter pack.

I am thinking of pre ordering at TRU too so I can get the exclusive disc album (10 extra slots) and the exclusive (limited time?) discs. My local TRU does not have much info on DI. I found a small pre order card for DI on a shelf and that's it. The worker I spoke to did not even know when the game was coming out.

@thedisneyfanatic22 ... I went to TRU today and preordered the game. Still no advertisement for DI. Spoke to a TRU employee about this and she told me that TRU is waiting for Skylanders stuff to dwindle before putting up a Disney Infinity display. The last thing she said to me was, "I'm glad I'm not working in that department." LOL.

TRU is tricky when it comes to preorders. You cant do in store pickup for some reason. If you go to the store, u can preorder to have in store pickup, but my tru in store preorder only came with the free figure and NOT to free power disk. When i asked about it, they said that was for online. I asked why no store pickup online and they said it would be too hard to guarantee those preorders with the ones the store gets, or something to that effect.
So my choices where preorder in store to get it day of release and no free power disc, or preorder online with free powerdisk, but wont get it day one because they have to ship it to you. I just did in store preorder so i can get it day one. I figure i will just buy some powerdisks, esp now with the tru 20% coupon. I can use that on start6er kit and get powerdisks with that money
